Coordination Call on the Humanitarian Crisis in Ukraine
Today at 1:00 pm ET
Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine has prompted massive displacement of people from the capital of Kyiv and other parts of the country. More than 800,000 refugees have entered neighboring countries and that number is rising as the fighting continues.
Join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation today at 1:00 pm ET to hear an update from international organizations and NGOs on-the-ground responding to the crisis and ways the private sector can provide humanitarian support. Speakers include:
  • Laureen Reagan, Ukraine Response Director, United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
  • Sebastian Rhodes Stampa, Chief of the Emergency Response Section, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA)
  • Koby Langley, Senior Vice President for International Services and Service to the Armed Forces, American Red Cross
Chris Skopec, Executive Vice President, Global Health, Project HOPE
