FDA’s ACE Supplemental Guide (SG), version 2.5.5 has been posted on CBP.gov.
This version of the SG consists of the following updates:
- All Commodities, PG21: Clarified acceptable valid email format
- Food Combined Entry, PG19: Clarified/standardized FSVP requirements
- Food Combined Entry, PG23: Updated list of optional Affirmations of Compliance to include REG, VFD and VFL
- Non-PN Food or PN Requirements Previously Met, PG19: Clarified/standardized FSVP requirements
- Non-PN Food or PN Requirements Previously Met, PG23: Updated list of optional Affirmations of Compliance to include REG, VFD and VFL
- Animal Drugs and Devices, PG23: Updated Syntax for VFL to 7X and updated description for VFL
