In November 2020, the European Commission put forward a regulation for Sustainable Batteries. Batteries will be an essential technology to help accelerate both the environmental and digital transformation and achieve climate neutrality. During this discussion we will explore opportunities and implications of the proposed regulation and examine the role batteries will play in achieving the European Green Deal objectives.
