With the introduction of the Digital Markets Act, the European Commission aims to pave the way for fairer and more open digital markets. Similarly, the Commission’s Proposal on Foreign Subsidies looks to create a level playing field where companies from around the globe can compete within the Single Market. But what are the implications of these initiatives for the EU's role on the international stage? Our 38th Annual Competition Policy Conference will explore this and more as EU and US representatives exchange views on the development of efficient competition policies that reflect the needs and interests of businesses and consumers.
